Experience
As a dedicated member of our management consulting team, I lead public sector ERP programs — actively managing risks and issues, driving timelines and project scopes, and delivering high-quality work across teams. With over a decade of experience in public sector ERP and permitting systems, I’ve led more than 20 implementations and guided state, county, and city clients from assessment through go-live. I’m passionate about delivering solutions that improve efficiency and drive meaningful impact.
Clients appreciate the clarity and confidence that I bring to ERP and change-management initiatives. By translating technical details into actionable steps, keeping projects on track, and fostering collaboration, I ensure my clients feel supported every step of the way. Around the office, I’m known for cross-functional collaboration and smoothly moving complex projects from kickoff to implementation.
I hold a Prosci Certification in change management, and I’m an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), reflecting my commitment to structured methodologies and continuous professional growth. I earned both my B.A. in psychology and my M.A. in organizational development from Sonoma State University.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, relaxing outdoors, and sharing a good meal with those I hold closest. I also volunteer at my son’s school, where I help coordinate fundraisers and collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to support classroom resources and student events.
