”Experience
As the industry vertical leader of Plante Moran’s construction industry, I set the strategy for the practice and oversee our team of experts dedicated to helping clients achieve their business goals. With more than 20 years advising construction companies, including heavy civil asphalt contractors, general contractors, and specialty trade contractors I create value by going beyond compliance — providing practical recommendations that improve operations, manage risk, and support long-term growth.
With more than two decades at Plante Moran, my greatest accomplishment has been mentoring amazing individuals. Seeing others grow and advance in their careers is something I’m proud to be a part of. I’m humbled by those I’ve learned from and honored to pass on the knowledge I can.
I belong to the Association of General Contractors (AGC), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), National Asphalt Paving Association (NAPA), Construction Association of Michigan (CAM), Detroit Area Construction Association (DACA), Michigan Infrastructure Transportation Association (MITA), Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), inForum, and Michigan Association of CPAs (MICPA). I received my B.S. and M.S. in accountancy from Walsh College.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family (especially my husband, Jason), reading and, occasionally, pretending to golf!
