Experience
As a principal in the firm’s commercial industry practice, I manage client relationships, oversee assurance projects, and contribute to various business development initiatives. My clients are primarily middle-market manufacturing and distribution companies with domestic and international operations, including private equity sponsored platforms, owner-operator, and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) businesses.
Clients appreciate that I pair detailed technical expertise with a pragmatic view of the bigger picture. While excellent client service is always a core objective, I also believe there’s real value in bringing levity and a personable approach to the work. I enjoy connecting with people, understanding their business, and partnering with them over the years through periods of growth, challenge, and change. Now more than a dozen years into the industry, I remain drawn to the profession by the teamwork and diverse challenges each engagement brings.
Outside of work, I’m an unremarkable golfer, art enjoyer, podcast listener, Detroit Pistons fan, and automobile enthusiast. I’m also fascinated by food and drinks from around the world. Chinese tea has been a long-time hobby, and I’ve run a local whiskey club since 2020. One highlight was, after traveling to Scotland with some friends, I brought home unique Scotch to share with the club.
