I played both college hockey and college golf, which taught me the importance of discipline, adaptability, and performing under pressure.

Principal, CVA

As a principal in the restructuring consulting practice, I advise middle-market, privately held, and private equity-backed companies on financial strategy, transaction execution, and performance improvement initiatives. In my role, I lead key aspects of client engagements, leveraging my extensive experience in valuation, financial modeling, restructuring, and corporate development to help clients navigate complex business decisions and achieve their strategic objectives. My client base spans a range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, business services, and other sectors where organizations are facing growth, transition, or operational challenges.

Clients appreciate my ability to combine detailed financial analysis with a practical and strategic perspective, allowing me to focus on what truly drives value. With more than 15 years of experience, I’m most proud of my ability to guide clients through complex, high-impact decisions that deliver meaningful results. Around the office, colleagues know me as a go-to resource on complex financial issues, as well as someone who brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach — and a bit of humor — to the team.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in corporate finance from Wayne State University and my MBA from Walsh College. I belong to the Detroit CFA Society and am a Level III candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program. I hold the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, and going out for a round of golf or a game of tennis.
