As a partner in our healthcare practice, I oversee many aspects of assurance and consulting engagements for clients who are typically acute care and senior care and living facilities.
I was initially attracted to this career because of the ability to work with some of the best clients and colleagues. My clients appreciate that I bring great thought leadership to their team to help them make the best decisions for their organization. Around the office, I’m known for my loud laugh and calling my team randomly when I’m on the road.
With 15 years’ experience, I often speak to clients, their boards and at industry conferences about topics of current interest, including positioning for success in a post-health reform era governance best practices and healthcare industry trends.
I’m active in the Healthcare Financial Management Association, LeadingAge, Health Care Association of Michigan, and American Health Care Association. I attended Ferris State University.
When I’m not at the office, I spend most of my free time enjoying the outdoors. I love being on the water and working on my family property.
