I provide multistate consulting services for small and large businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. I assist clients with direct and indirect state and local tax issues, as well as due diligence matters and transaction planning.
I was attracted to a career in public accounting because I enjoy the complex issues of the job and finding solutions or opportunities valuable to clients. My clients appreciate that they can lean on my expertise for challenging state tax issues. With more than 20 years of experience, I’m known as the guy who can answer any question about state and local tax.
I’m a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association. I’ve spoken at various tax conferences, including the Ohio Business Tax Conference and the Ohio Society of CPA conferences on tax incentives, state nexus, and state tax structuring. I received my B.A. in finance from Cedarville University. I’m also involved with my church and am a coach for the Classics Eagles soccer club.
When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.
