I provide assurance, tax, and business advisory services to manufacturing, distribution, and service companies. My experience includes internationally active companies, complex consolidation structures, due diligence, purchase accounting, debt restructuring, and global expansion. I’m well versed in managing the audit and tax process with international clients with subsidiaries or foreign ownership throughout the world. I’m on the firm’s leadership committee for the automotive industry and have been a member of the firm’s food and beverage vertical.
I’m also involved in the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice with audit experience for 11-k plans, Canadian plans, defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, and health and welfare benefit plans.
With more than 20 years of experience, my clients appreciate that I’m extremely responsive and organized and that their audit is well planned. The challenges inherent in public accounting and my ability to help clients grow drew me to this profession. Every challenge is an opportunity to figure out a new way to meet clients’ needs.
I often present to clients and boards on technical matters, including revenue recognition and lease accounting changes. I belong to the AICPA and I graduated from Bradley University with both a B.S. in accounting and a B.S. in finance.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. Otherwise, I like to play hockey and make plans for my next backpacking venture.
