USA Today names Plante Moran No. 2 top workplace in the US

USA Today has released their annual list of Top Workplaces USA, and Plante Moran has earned a spot on the list. We ranked No. 2 in the 2,500+ staff category, and this is our second year on the list.

This award celebrates nationally recognized organizations that make great places to work by prioritizing people-centered cultures and giving staff a voice. USA Today recognizes these quality workplaces that are taking the lead in 2024 by putting their staff first and creating exceptional workplace cultures.

Energage, a Pennsylvania-based research company that’s partnering with USA Today, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 65 markets across the nation and polled more than 2 million staff at over 8,000 organizations in the past year. Organizations’ staff evaluate their workplaces based on a 24-question survey to determine the Top Workplace list. The Top Workplaces USA award is based entirely on feedback from the staff engagement survey completed by the staff of participating workplaces.
