My two toddler-aged boys are fascinated by any type of public service vehicle. On the weekend, you can find us cruising metro Detroit in search of fire stations and construction sites.
Chris Carr
Senior Manager

I lead transformative technology initiatives for a variety of clients, including K-12 school districts, universities, and nonprofit organizations.

My clients appreciate my attention to detail, as well as my ability to break down technical and complex concepts into everyday terms. Colleagues know me for my willingness to listen and my capability to teach things that may be new, unfamiliar or challenging. I was attracted to this career because of the opportunity to apply my technical background to people and community-focused organizations.

I have over a decade of experience and belong to multiple regional and state school business officials’ organizations. I speak regularly to the Michigan School Business Officials on K-12 IT trends, and also present frequently to public sector industry organizations on topics such as policy development, process optimization, and technology modernization. I earned a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame. I’m a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and hold a Prosci Change Management Certification.

Outside of work, I stay active by playing basketball and slow-pitch softball. I enjoy spending time outdoors in the yard, sandbox, or neighborhood park with my wife and two young boys.
