I love Latin countries and culture and can speak basic Spanish, but I still don’t know how to salsa!
Danielle DeLonge
Senior Manager, CCMP

I lead the organizational change management practice for the management consulting team. I primarily work with municipalities, cities, counties, states, water districts, and K-12 districts. Clients appreciate that I bring clarity to internal process-related challenges that they may experience during technology implementations and that I provide them with a repeatable framework for solving similar problems in the future.

Around the office, I’m known for being attentive, hardworking, and perhaps a little too keen to find dark chocolate.

Once I discovered the difference between project management and change management, I never looked back. I realized there was a way to consistently support organizations through large-scale change and that those conversations were just as essential to successful implementations as discussions about whether the project was on time or on budget.

With more than two decades of professional experience, my greatest accomplishment has been empowering clients to create lasting change in their organizations, because I know it translates into other areas of their lives.

I belong to the Society for Information Managers (SIM) and recently spoke at a private client event where I shared my expertise on the change equation and how it’s used to gauge stakeholder interest and participation during transformational change. I also received special recognition for my work in co-creating the We Build Character mentor program for mid-career technology professionals.

I earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an Executive MBA from Davenport University. I’m in the process of sitting for my Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) exam through the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).

My daughter and I ride horses, so most of our summer weekends are consumed by shows. Our free time is spent cleaning tack, taking lessons, and preparing for those events.
