I look for every opportunity to get my hands dirty and build something tactile, and when I was in my 20s, I apprenticed at a woodshop in Chicago on the weekends.
Grant Anderson
Principal

As a principal in our management consulting practice, I specialize in providing financial support and due diligence services to private equity funds, strategic buyers, and middle-market companies. I perform analysis on the historical quality of earnings of the seller and working capital to be acquired in a transaction, as well as identify potential risks and opportunities surrounding the transaction.

Clients appreciate that I treat each deal as if it were my own and consider all factors, even those beyond the defined engagement, that they may be concerned with.

With more than a decade of professional experience, I was attracted to this career due to the continually evolving roles and responsibilities, the opportunity to teach others, and the ability to help clients.

I earned a B.S. in accounting with a co-major in technology management from Indiana University. I’ve participated as a panel member at various conferences, providing insights on the financial diligence process, and have also conducted trainings about common financial diligence issues, both internally to staff and externally to clients.

Outside of the office, I enjoy DIY carpentry and building, golfing, skiing, and spending time with my family.
