I’ve always lived my life by the quote: “Success — the harder you work, the luckier you get.” If you work hard to the best of your ability, then good things usually happen.

Experience

I’m the firm’s Ohio service industry practice leader, the Cleveland manufacturing and distribution practice leader, and a member of our private equity group leadership team. With a focus on commercial clients in the service and manufacturing industries, I help leaders enhance their operations, implement internal control improvements, and stay on the forefront of industry trends and financial best practices. I primarily work with middle-market, private equity-owned and family-owned businesses throughout the United States who have international aspects in Europe, Mexico, and China.

I also assist owners and management teams in performing procedures relating to mergers and acquisitions, including business valuations, business reviews, financial analyses, and due diligence. Whether I’m providing guidance on transaction services or accounting and auditing services, I’m constantly energized by the ability to leave a positive impact on clients as I help them reach their many and diverse goals.

Clients appreciate my strong background in identifying internal control weaknesses and recommending accounting system improvements. They count on me to be responsive to their needs and equip them with solutions that work best for their unique situations.

I belong to and am active with the AICPA, the Ohio Society of CPAs, ACG Cleveland, and CFA Society Cleveland. I received my B.B.A. degree in accounting from Baldwin Wallace University.

Friends and family know I’m an avid Cleveland Guardians, Cavaliers, and Browns fan. Outside of work, I also love to hike and bike with my wife, Jen — although we spend most of our free time attending our kids’ extracurricular activities as they’re involved with travel baseball, basketball, and soccer.
