Jason Collier

As the partner in charge of the Cleveland manufacturing and distribution practice, I provide assurance and business consulting services to internationally-owned, owner-managed, and private-equity owned organizations. I'm also a member of the Ohio private equity team and a benefit plan audit specialist.

My clients appreciate that I invest the time in getting to know their companies. With more than 10 years of experience, I enjoy helping them overcome obstacles as they take their business to the next level. For example, I’m proud to be able to help many business owners with various phases of M&A transactions including financial due diligence and purchase accounting.

I belong to the AICPA, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the Cleveland chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. I'm a board member and the treasurer of Open Doors Academy in Cleveland. I obtained my B.A. in accounting from Marietta College and my M.B.A. from Ohio University.

I’m an avid Cleveland Browns, Guardians, and Cavaliers fan, and I enjoy traveling.
