My goal is to explain technical tax issues in a way everyone can understand. My clients have many responsibilities on their respective plates, so I always aim to make their jobs easier, laying out all options so that the best course of action can be pursued. Having a positive attitude and being approachable and open to answering any questions has helped me develop long-term relationships with many clients.
I’m proud of the work I’ve done to grow our region’s automotive dealer practice, and we’ve since become a preferred partner of the Colorado Auto Dealers Association (CADA). As a result, I’ve been asked to speak on tax trends at many industry trade group conferences in the automotive industry, including CADA and the Colorado Motor Carriers Association.
I’m a member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs. I also serve as treasurer for ChildSafe Colorado, a great nonprofit that provides therapy for victims of sexual abuse. I received my B.S. in accounting from Mississippi State University and my M.S. in accounting from the University of Montana.
