Occasionally I present at industry conferences on tax-related topics. I discussed the various issues to consider when buying and selling a business recently as a panelist for the Capital Strategies and M&A Forum presented by Matheson Financial Advisors. I received my bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Toledo and my MST from the University of Tulsa.
