balloonsWe’re pleased to announce that our own Kris Ray has won Leadership Oakland’s 2021 Professional Leader Award. She received this award at the Virtual Taste of Oakland Leadership on May 20, 2021.

Kris’ work with our PM Pride Staff Resource group and her leadership in our not-for-profit industry earned her this honor. The Professional Leader Award recognizes program alums who achieve success and positive change through bold and smart risk-taking. The recipient advances organizational and personal goals and inspires team members to do the same.

Leadership Oakland (LO) is the premier leadership and networking organization serving Southeast Michigan. Each year, a group of 50 developing leaders takes part in a nine-month program exploring issues facing the region, such as education, health and human services, the justice system, and more.

Kris is joined by award winners from other notable Southeastern Michigan businesses like Ascension Health, Schoolcraft College Foundation, and Mercedes Benz Financial Services.
