As the firm’s chief legal officer, I oversee the firm’s legal affairs. This involves working with other members of the internal counsel team to provide legal counsel to the firm’s governing committees and other senior management. In my role as chief risk officer, I help develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures designed to minimize or manage operational and regulatory risks.
I have nearly 30 years of experience. I earned my B.A. from Michigan State University and my J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. I’m a member of the Michigan State Bar.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy vegan cooking, playing clarinet jazz, and grinding out miles on my road bike.
