I’m an attorney in the firm’s tax transaction advisory services practice. I provide tax compliance and consulting services to closely held owner-operated corporations, consolidated corporations, single and multitiered partnerships domestic, as well as multinational private equity funds and portfolio companies in manufacturing, distribution, and other service-related industries. My technical experience includes structuring sales and acquisitions, entity choice, and tax reform.
The aspect I enjoy most about our tax consulting practice is the opportunity to be client-facing. Building deeper relationships with our clients makes the success of the projects much more rewarding.
I’m a member of the American Bar Association, ACG Cleveland, and ACG New York. I received my B.S. in accounting and J.D. from The University of Akron.
In my downtime, I enjoy supporting local professional sports teams and vacationing with my wife and our two children.
