I have in-depth experience in a wide range of fields, such as corporate tax compliance, restructuring, M&A, cross-border transactions, representation in tax examinations, tax provision calculations, and global tax management.
My experience encompasses working in a tax department of a Japanese multinational corporation’s global headquarters where I led strategic projects including global tax management, intra-group reorganization, and pre and post-acquisition restructuring.
