Jesse has more than 13 years of experience in business and intangible asset valuations and economic damages calculations. His business valuation experience includes numerous ownership interests in closely held businesses and intangible assets for a wide variety of purposes, including management planning, financial reporting, gift and estate tax, employee stock ownership plans, C to S conversion, shareholder disputes, shareholder redemptions, and acquisition/sale advisement, among others.  He has also performed evaluations of valuation work prepared by other professionals.

Jesse has assisted clients in a variety of commercial litigation engagements.  Litigation areas served include breach of contract, business interruption, intellectual property infringement, and securities disputes. Industries served include manufacturing and distribution, retail, health care, furniture, pharmaceuticals, software, telecommunications, financial institutions, professional practices, transportation and logistics, and real estate and construction, among others.

Jesse has a B.A. in economics and business administration from Hope College.
