The research and development (R&D) tax credit gives innovative organizations a tremendous opportunity for tax savings. However, staying up to date on changes for reporting requirements, state R&D credits, court cases, and more can be challenging for taxpayers.

During this webinar, our R&D tax credit specialists will discuss updates and news that taxpayers currently taking or interested in taking the R&D tax credit should be aware of. Attendees will learn more about the new Form 6765 requirements, updates on business component reporting, state R&D tax credit updates (including the new Michigan credit), and recent case law or Section 174 updates as applicable.
