IRS releases final forms and instructions for ACA reporting

On February 8, the IRS issued final forms and instructions for reporting health plan coverage under Internal Revenue Code Sections 6055 and 6056. Along with the forms and instructions, the IRS also issued Publication 5196, Understanding Employer Reporting Requirements of the Health Care Law.
