Teacher friends of mine have been “pinning” lesson plans and classroom décor ideas since the development of this great app. Pinterest can also be used to share ideas among colleagues or, taking it one step further, creating a classroom account to facilitate connection with students and parents beyond the physical classroom.

Using this simple app can strengthen the relationship between school and home, and it’s all easily accessible from your phone. Time to get pinning.

Pinterest is available for free and is currently designed for iOS, Android, and is also available on the web.
