With 19 years of experience, clients turn to me for my expertise on navigating the complexities of doing business abroad. Most of my clients are owner managed to large organizations with a focus on outbound operations, inbound services, and global transaction planning. I advise them on taxation of foreign investments in the United States, U.S. investments in foreign jurisdictions, due diligence for multinational acquisitions, and more.
As a founding member of the “international concierge desk,” I’m proud that we now offer this one-stop shop for our clients’ global audit, tax, and consulting needs. With this practice, we connect them with the right people around the world.
Around the office, I’m known for taking the time to teach staff. I’m passionate about developing my team to be the next generation of leaders. I encourage them to chart a career path for themselves, and then I create opportunities to make it happen; it’s gratifying to watch them develop the skills to master the next professional challenge.
I care a lot for my clients and colleagues. When I’m not at work, I love being outside with my family. My husband, kids, and I hike, swim, and ski throughout the Northeast.
Annually, I speak at the Praxity conference on international tax issues. I’m a member of the AICPA and the Michigan Association of CPAs, and I’m chair of the North American Praxity Tax and Fiscal Group. I have a B.S. in accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
