Experience
I’m a director at PMCF Investment Banking’s Detroit office. I bring a wide range of transaction experience to clients serving the industrials, transportation, and logistics industries. I started at PMCF in 2018 and have more than a decade of experience advising clients on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, recapitalizations, and transaction planning assessments.
Prior to joining PMCF, I worked at Ernst & Young Capital Advisors and Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors, focusing on middle-market transactions. I earned a B.B.A. in both finance and accounting from the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University. I’m also a licensed securities representative holding Series 82, 79, and 63 registrations.
