Experience
I’m a director at PMCF Investment Banking’s Denver office. I started in the investment banking industry in 2007 and joined PMCF in 2018. With experience advising clients in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, sourcing and structuring capital for debt and equity transactions, and corporate finance initiatives, I’ve advised clients in multiple markets, including software and technology-enabled services, business services, manufacturing, industrial distribution, building products, and construction.
Prior to joining PMCF, I was a vice president at EKS&H Capital Advisors, a middle-market investment banking firm. And, before that, I worked at J.P. Morgan, managing private investments for high-net worth and institutional clients. I earned my B.S. in finance from Southern Nazarene University and an M.B.A. from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. I’m also a licensed securities representative, holding Series 7, 24, 66, and 79 registrations.
