As the leader of our firm's cost segregation practice, I specialize in accelerating depreciation deductions for clients who own real estate. My extensive knowledge of tax rules for depreciation and fixed assets ensures that clients receive the maximum benefits available.

With a wealth of experience across various real estate sectors — including retail, apartments, senior living, manufacturing, hospitality, medical facilities, and sports stadiums—I bring a comprehensive understanding to each project. I take great pleasure in working with diverse clients, visiting their facilities, and gaining insights into their businesses. It is immensely rewarding to provide services that significantly reduce clients' tax liabilities.

Clients value my clear communication, timely delivery, and innovative solutions tailored to their unique needs. My colleagues recognize me for my expertise in construction, depreciation, and my enthusiasm for French bulldogs.

I’ve served as the president of the American Society of Professional Estimators and am actively involved in the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. My recent presentations at MICPA trainings and the IASA Xchange Conference highlight my commitment to professional development. I hold a B.S. in construction management from Michigan State University and am a licensed builder in the state of Michigan.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with friends and family. My wife, Krista, and I enjoy biking, hiking, and embarking on adventures with our dogs.
