Experience
I’m a Principal within the Global Mobility team. With more than 18 years of experience, my professional expertise includes expatriate taxation (inbound and outbound), international payroll reporting, global mobility policy, and managing diverse teams within and outside the United States. I assist clients during the entire life cycle of the foreign assignment, from assignment planning, payroll, and compensation consulting to the preparation of tax returns and tax equalizations and through repatriation planning. My clients range from high-level executives to large groups of expatriates worldwide.
I’m very compassionate toward my team and my clients. I make sure that people are comfortable coming to me with questions, and I take the time to explain concepts that help them make educated decisions.
I’m a member of the AICPA and the MICPA, and I graduated from Walsh College with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy. I also have a degree in International Studies from the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University.
I was born and raised in Poland and came to the States to study abroad for what I thought would be a relatively short adventure — it turned out to be a life-long commitment. I can say that I continue my studies abroad as I learn something new every day. My experience living in a foreign country helps me relate to my clients and guide them through their “adventures” abroad.
