Michele specializes in providing financial due diligence for a variety of business entities, including private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and strategic buyers. She is also experienced in providing accounting support and expertise, particularly on large or complex assignments.

Michele performs confirmatory due diligence, analyzing the quality of assets, liabilities, and earnings to be acquired, identifying potential risks and opportunities in a transaction. She has provided these services to a wide variety of industry groups, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, and health care.  Her previous experience as a controller has made her particularly adept at identifying GAAP compliance issues and at converting financial statements from cash or modified cash to accrual based statements. She has extensive M&A experience with physician practices and healthcare services.

Michele has a bachelor of business administration in accounting degree from Western Michigan University.
