Experience

As a leader in the supply chain and operations consulting practice, I serve clients by quickly identifying improvement opportunities that provide tangible results, which increase productivity, lower total cost, reduce lead times, and improve overall quality. I’ve successfully completed projects in medical device; manufacturing and distribution; food and beverage; footwear and apparel; military vehicle; and low-volume niche and high-volume automotive manufacturing.

My clients appreciate that my 20 years of experience brings them practical, sustainable solutions that are easy to implement and allow companies to reduce complexity, optimize processes, and facilitate increases in top- and bottom-line growth.

I’m a Six Sigma Green Belt, certified in theory of constraints as well as other lean methodologies. I received my B.S.B.A. in supply chain management from Central Michigan University and my M.B.A. from Wayne State University. I’m on the board of directors as treasurer for the American Production and Inventory Control Society, also known as the Association for Supply Chain Management.

Outside of work, I love to travel with my wife and daughter. As an owner of three dogs, I’m a huge animal lover.
