With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, I assist in all areas of taxation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. I have extensive experience in special rules for long-term contracts, the amortization of intangibles and goodwill, stock purchases treated as asset acquisitions, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).
Most of my clients are closely held and family-owned businesses in the construction, real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.
My clients appreciate that I’m always available to answer specific questions or engage in a general discussion about the business issues that matter the most. Around the office, colleagues know me for having a cool and calm demeanor, no matter the situation.
Occasionally, I speak to construction industry groups and other providers on the most recent tax law. I received my B.S. in accounting from the University of St. Thomas. I belong to the AICPA, the Colorado Society of CPAs, and the ESOP Association, and I’m a board member with The Boys and Girls Clubs of Larimer County.
In my free time, my interests include family, friends, church, golfing, hiking, biking, and travel.
