I help closely held and private equity-owned clients save money in taxes by taking advantage of deductions and credits. Many of my clients are in the manufacturing, construction, and service industries. They rely on me to analyze entity structures and provide sound advice on transaction consulting and general business matters. I’m always searching and brainstorming for ways to bring value to clients.
I consider myself a bit of an amateur chef when it comes to breakfast foods and appetizers. I make a mean omelet, an even better Won Ton appetizer, and my cheese dip was featured in the Detroit Free Press.
