Micah has been elected a tax partner at Plante Moran. His clients are primarily engaged in family office, real estate, and financial and personal services industries. He advises and assists in the implementation of tax strategies including methods of accounting, installment sale transactions, buy/sell agreements, foreign ownership of U.S. real estate and investments, planning for liquidating events, and year-end tax planning.
Micah is known for his straightforward approach to tax consulting and his ability to communicate even the most complex matters effectively. He strives to be a true advocate for his clients. Micah has a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Kentucky, a master of science in taxation degree from the University of Cincinnati, and a juris doctorate from DePaul University.
