For the first time ever, our respondents noted that their top goal was talent retention, and the top anticipated challenge for the year is recruiting qualified staff. Leaders are looking to learn new recruitment strategies to respond to these trends.

There’s a renewed focus on diversity and inclusion, more positive economic outlook, and consistent challenges in funding. Consequently, nonprofit leaders have new goals and thoughts about how they’re preparing to address issues they see. Many are using new technology, managing risk in creative ways, and looking to new funding sources to do so.
