Plante Moran Realpoint Investment Advisors (PMRIA), formerly Plante Moran REIA announces 2022 promotions

In recognition of their accomplishments, Plante Moran Realpoint Investment Advisors (PMRIA), formerly Plante Moran REIA is excited to announce the promotions of Zack Otte, Gordon Wolfe, and Ryan Kulhanek.

In recognition of their accomplishments, Plante Moran Realpoint Investment Advisors (PMRIA), formerly Plante Moran REIA is pleased to announce staff promotions for 2022. Zack Otte has been promoted to principal, Gordon Wolfe has been promoted to senior vice president, and Ryan Kulhanek has been promoted to vice president.

PMRIA, an affiliated entity of Plante Moran, offers real estate investment consulting services to private, family office, and institutional clients. The firm serves clients across the United States from the Plante Moran offices in Southfield, Mich.; Denver, Co.; and Chicago, Ill.

“We are excited to continue our steady growth, not only in all of our three service lines (asset management, transaction management and consulting), but geographically with the establishment of a Denver office to add to Chicago and Detroit,” said Marty West, former president of PMRIA. “We are most proud of the exceptional staff PMRIA has attracted. Their professionalism, expertise, and ‘client first’ attitude has brought real value to our clients.”

Zack Otte, Principal

Zack leads the asset management practice for PMRIA Denver. Zack assists clients in their search for optimal real estate investment returns and risk mitigation through the disciplined development and implementation of a portfolio strategy aligned with client objectives. His efforts have been instrumental in expanding PMRIA’s Denver office. Zack graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business as a finance major and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.

Gordon Wolfe, Senior Vice President

Gordon serves clients out of PMRIA’s Chicago office. Specializing in senior housing transactions and asset management, Gordon’s expertise regarding property valuation, risk analysis, capital allocation strategy, asset value maximization, and contractual agreements allows him to guide clients to make the best real estate decisions. Gordon holds a BSBA in finance and international business from Washington University in St. Louis. He has Series 7 and Series 63 broker licenses.

Ryan Kulhanek, Vice President

Ryan serves clients as part of REIA Chicago’s investment team. He assists clients in the evaluation and management of their real estate assets. He has experience in cash flow analysis, financial modeling, and market research. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Marquette University with concentrations in real estate and finance.
