2024 prescription drug data collection due for employers

Employers issuing group health plans or individual health insurance issuers must report their prescription drug data collection (RxDC) report to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services by June 1.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires group health plan sponsors and health insurance issuers to report their prescription drug data collection each year. This year, the required deadline for employers to turn in their report is June 1, 2024. Although employers may opt to source third parties to handle the report, it is important to include all the correct information.
