For the third year in a row, Plante Moran has been named one of the “Best Places to Work in IT,” according to Insider Pro and Computerworld. The firm ranked fourth out of 25 midsized organizations. Winning organizations were noted for helping to create a progressive work environment where professional growth, collaboration, and respect are thriving.

The list is compiled based on a comprehensive evaluation of the firm’s offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, training, and retention. In addition, Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of IT staff and factors their responses into the determination of final rankings.

Our CIO Paul Blowers is proud of this award because of what it says about our firm values.

“This recognition has special meaning to me, not because of the award or placement, but because it means we’re being true to our mission as a firm,” he said. “It’s our ‘We Care’ philosophy in action, and it’s a reflection of what all the team does to support each other, have fun, and share in our successes together. We truly have a special team and culture, and we’re both humbled and proud of this recognition.”
