The Best Workplaces in Chicago award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 30,000 current employees across the United States. In that survey, 91% of our staff said Plante Moran is a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

Great Place to Work® is dedicated to evaluating workplace cultures and inspiring organizations around the globe to build a better world. This award is based on anonymous feedback of staff working in the Chicago metro area. It considers staff members’ experiences of trust, reaching their full human potential as part of the organization, and the daily experiences of innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness. The experiences are analyzed relative to the organization’s size, workforce makeup, and what’s typical in their industry and in Chicago.

Plante Moran was also included on the 2021 Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list and the national 2021 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” list.
