We’re proud to share that Plante Moran was named on Fortune’s and Great Place to Work’s® list of “Best Workplaces for Women.” We ranked no. 16 in the large company category, and this is our ninth year being recognized.
The “Best Workplaces for Women” list is determined through a rigorous methodology centered on staff feedback and workplace equity. Companies must first be Great Place to Work Certified™, and then they’re evaluated based on confidential survey responses from female staff. These surveys assess key aspects of workplace culture, including trust in leadership, fairness in promotions and pay, support for well-being, and opportunities for advancement. The methodology emphasizes how consistently women across different roles, tenures, and demographics experience a positive and inclusive workplace. Responses are analyzed using the Trust Index™ survey, and companies with the broadest and most equitable positive experiences from women receive the highest rankings. Additional company data — such as size, industry, and demographics — is also considered to contextualize the results.
