I specialize in advising globally active manufacturing companies on current industry trends, financial best practices, and tax-optimization techniques. My clients range from owner-managed businesses to large multinational and private equity-owned companies. More so, I serve K-12 public school districts throughout Michigan. I’ve developed expertise in all areas of school district accounting, auditing, and management consulting, including bond and federal grant compliance.
Thirty years of experience affords me a lot of insight. My hands-on approach and commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs have enabled organizations to achieve sustainable growth and financial stability in both prosperous and uncertain times. It’s deeply rewarding to serve as a trusted advisor, and I take pride in playing a critical role in helping companies achieve their goals.
My professional journey began in my family’s small retail business, where I learned firsthand the importance of attentiveness, responsiveness, honesty, and courtesy — values that continue to shape my professional approach today.
I’m an active member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of CPAs (MICPA). I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, providing a strong foundation for my advisory work.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, traveling, and boating — especially sailing on beautiful Lake Michigan, blending my love for adventure with appreciation for Michigan’s scenic landscapes.
