I specialize in tax incentives for technology and service industry companies, including research and development tax credits, cost segregation services, IRS exam defense, qualified business income deductions, payroll credits, and other tax incentives. My work is dedicated to helping clients save tax dollars, enabling them to meet their business objectives.
Clients appreciate my transparency and my ability to simplify complex tax issues. My journey into the world of research tax credits began with a fascination for how these simple, yet genius ideas can transform our lives. This initial interest has grown into a deep passion for technology over the course of my career.
With over a decade of experience, I have nurtured a passion for technology. One of my greatest accomplishments has been contributing to the development of technology that enables our team to efficiently and effectively conduct engagements. This achievement underscores my commitment to leveraging technology to enhance our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
I’m frequently invited to speak at client and industry conferences on topics of current interest, including the status of Section 174 and the current environment of research and tax credit claims. These speaking engagements allow me to share insights and foster a deeper understanding of the intersection between technology and tax incentives.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance and my Master of Accounting from Grand Valley State University.
