One of my greatest professional accomplishments is the role I’ve played in helping other staff members grow in their own careers. It’s been incredibly rewarding to guide my fellow team members on their career goals and watch them develop and advance. After all, the ability to build strong relationships — whether with clients or my own team — is what attracted me to this career.
With more than 10 years of experience, I’ve been asked to speak to different industry groups. Most recently, I presented at a national insurance companies annual insurance conference on changes to the insurance industry under the Tax Cuts and Job Act. I belong to the AICPA, the Michigan Association of CPAs, and the IASA. I received my B.S. in accounting and my M.T. from Walsh College.
Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time near water. Our family is fortunate to have a house on a lake where we enjoy summer fun every year. I also look forward to attending my son’s sporting events.
