Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors announces 2020 promotions

In recognition of their accomplishments, Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors is excited to announce the promotions of Joe Perez, Samantha Campau, and Ryan Kulhanek.

In recognition of their accomplishments, Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors (PMREIA) is pleased to announce its staff promotions. Joe Perez has been promoted to principal, and Samantha Campau and Ryan Kulhanek have been promoted to senior consultant.

PMREIA, an affiliated entity of Plante Moran, offers real estate investment consulting services to private, family office, and institutional clients. The firm serves clients across the United States from the Plante Moran offices in Southfield, Michigan, and Chicago, Illinois.

“Our team continues to grow as clients see the value of having a dedicated real estate consultant to assist with their investment portfolios,” said Marty West, president of PMREIA. “With now more than $1 billion in assets under advisement, we are fortunate to be able to open new possibilities for expanding and promoting our dedicated staff.”

Joe leads PMREIA’s real estate transaction management service line, providing clients with expert guidance regarding property valuation, risk analysis, capital allocation strategy, asset value maximization, hold/sell analysis, and leasing decisions to get the best return for their investments. His efforts have been instrumental in expanding PMREIA’s Chicago office. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a concentration in finance, mathematics, and physics. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.

Samantha is part of PMREIA’s real estate team, assisting with developing strategies and analysis for ground-up and redevelopment projects. She has significant experience working with religious communities in need of real estate repositioning or disposition strategies. Samantha received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Ryan serves clients as part of the investment team. He assists clients in the evaluation and management of their real estate assets. He has experience in cash flow analysis, financial modeling, and market research. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Marquette University with concentrations in real estate and finance.
