With more than 20 years of experience, I stay focused on growing my clients’ organizations and monitoring industry happenings. Clients appreciate my personal attention and responsiveness, guaranteeing they feel listened to, informed, and valued. When a prospective client is considering a relationship with our firm, they should know I really enjoy what I do. I continuously put myself in our clients' shoes to ensure their complete satisfaction. Being responsive and providing value in a fun and interactive way are keys to a long-term and successful business relationship.
I’m actively engaged in a variety of industry associations, and I’m the former president of the Michigan chapter of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA). I’m often asked to speak to clients, their boards, and at industry conferences about topics of current interest to leaders, including getting the most out of your internal audit function. I belong to the AICPA, the MICPA, the Michigan Public Risk Management Association, and the Michigan Association of Public School Academies. I’m also a past board member with Ele's Place, a center for grieving children, teens, and their families.
I have a B.S. in business administration with a major in accounting from Central Michigan University (magna cum laude).
