Plante Moran opens office in Tokyo, Japan
Southfield, Mich., October 9, 2017 — Plante Moran, one of the nation’s largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms, has opened an office in Tokyo, Japan.
The new office, which opened on September 30, will be led by Eigo Yamamoto, principal in the firm’s management consulting practice. With the support of the firm’s Japanese Business Services team, Yamamoto will serve as a local contact to Japanese clients with U.S. operations, helping them take advantage of the full range of Plante Moran services.
“With experience serving more than 100 Japanese-owned companies globally, Plante Moran understands their complex needs and priorities,” said Yusuke Kuramochi, Plante Moran’s Japanese Business Services practice leader. “A formal presence in Japan will allow us to work closer with Japanese clients as they navigate the American business environment.”
