I have extensive experience with commercial and financial due diligence, competitive analysis, benchmarking, supply chain, and strategic planning across several industrial manufacturing end markets including automotive, plastics, and metals. I joined our management consulting practice in 2011 after spending more than a decade working directly for industrial manufacturers in various capacities, including market strategy, business development, and program management. With my industry and consulting experience, I strive to be empathetic towards each client and develop customized solutions that bring high value.
Given my manufacturing and private equity experience and my passion for collaborating internally, I currently serve on three industry leadership teams — private equity, automotive, and plastics. I really enjoy being a part of these three teams to develop and drive our strategic initiatives. This also gives me a very large internal network of experts within the firm which I can leverage to bring high value-add solutions to clients across our many services.
Based on my industry expertise, I’ve been invited to speak at a number of industry events, including Associate for Corporate Growth (ACG), Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP), Plastics News, and Precision Metal Formers Association (PMA). Topics have included industry trends and their impacts, business model analysis, and machine rate analysis. I received a B.S. in accounting from Michigan State University.
If I’m not traveling for work, I enjoy traveling on vacation. I love spending time with my wife and my four kids, golfing, watching almost any live sport, and socializing with friends.
