Joanne Baginski discusses mergers, acquisitions and corporate growth on Denver’s KOA News Radio

April 15, 2019 / 20 minute listen

Listen as Joanne describes how to avoid the missteps that can kill a deal.

Joanne Baginski, leader of the firm’s Rocky Mountain Region transaction advisory practice, recently appeared on the "Q&A with Ed Greene" show on Denver’s KOA News Radio to discuss how to avoid deal-killing missteps.

Joanne advocates prompt and thorough disclosure by sellers as a key to successful transactions. Time tends to kill deals, she says. When buyers ask questions that sellers can’t answer quickly or uncover problems that sellers haven’t addressed, it doesn’t take long for them to decide to look elsewhere.
