David provides business valuation solutions to clients in the areas of financial reporting, transactions, equity ownership programs, litigation, and business planning. His industry knowledge and experience includes financial services, construction and engineering, health care, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.

David specializes in valuation for intangible assets, equity ownership plans, shareholder disputes, and buyouts.  He has a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University, an M.B.A. in finance from Northwestern University, and previously held FINRA/NASD series 7 and 63 securities licenses. David serves as an instructor in finance and business valuation at Northwestern University, School of Continuing Studies.
