Troy A. Snyder joins Plante Moran’s enterprise risk services practice as partner

Southfield, Michigan – Plante Moran, one of the nation’s largest public accounting and business advisory firms, is pleased to announce that Troy A. Snyder has joined the firm as partner in its enterprise risk services practice.

Snyder specializes in internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, along with operational and informational technology audits for effectiveness and efficiency. Snyder has extensive background in the recommendation and implementation of appropriate solutions for governance, risk and control strategies across the manufacturing, retail distribution, financial services and entertainment industries.

Snyder has spent his career focused on providing a broad array of general risk management services. Prior to joining Plante Moran, he was a partner at Ernst & Young in Cincinnati and California. He also developed an ERS practice for California-based SingerLewak, which was later purchased by root9B Technologies, where Synder served as senior vice president.

Snyder holds a bachelor degree in communication systems management from Ohio University. He is a member of the Institute for Internal Controls as well as the Ohio University Alumni Association.

Snyder resides in Bloomfield Township with his wife, Corey and their five children.
