We ranked No. 5 in the “midsize companies” category.The Chicago Tribune partners with Energage, a staff research and consulting firm, to compile this list of award-winning organizations in the Chicagoland area. This 13th annual ranking is based entirely on staff surveys, which assess everything from confidence in company leadership to staff retention and training opportunities.
